As promised a week ago, here I am back with an article in which I can explain at best what it means staying at Hotel Paradiso. I want to tell you a bit about our structure, our services and the Smart Club Benefits I mentioned last time.
ABOUT US
Hotel Paradiso lies in Brunate, a village located on the mountain overlooking Como and its lake. We are in the middle of the green of the trees and in front of a breathtaking panorama. And no, I’m not saying this just to say. . . otherwise the hotel wouldn’t have that name! (Paradiso means Heaven in italian) It really feels like you are in an earthly paradise!
Moreover, we are a stone's throw from Brunate lighthouse. From its top, on sunny days, you can even see Milan and the Swiss mountains. Not to mention the sunsets! I can tell you that they are worthy of a beautiful marriage proposal . . . guys take note!!!!
Being surrounded by nature, we are able to appreciate our territory and our planet even more; that’s why we decided to opt for choices that could offer a green stay, because, after all, it is when you are in places like ours that you can truly appreciate the magic of nature.
I’m talking about a green choice that concerns the heating and lighting of the structure: energy-efficient light bulbs and radiant panels that allow the optimization of the energy produced and heating the rooms evenly. The furniture used, not only in the rooms but also in the common areas, is restored or made from recycled wood, so as to give a second life to the materials.
We also have the place to recharge your electric car! So, as it recharges, you can explore the lake by taking the funicular and having a nice walk or a boat ride!

Lastly, I would like to spend a few words on our rooms. We have 4 types of rooms:
The Budget room, 20 sq.m., warm and cozy, will make you feel at home. Accommodates up to 2 people.
The Lake View room, also measuring 20 sq.m., offers you a view of the lake at a more affordable price. Accommodates up to 2 people.
The 25-sqm Junior Suite Terrace is ideal for longer stays, with a relax area and a sofa. It does not have a lake view but has a huge terrace. Accommodates up to 3 people.
The 25-sqm Lake View Junior Suite is the best room to enjoy your stay on the lake! You have the terrace overlooking the lake, from which you can make your nights more romantic. . . even the coffee in the morning will taste better!
Impartial advice: if you don't book a room with a lake view, you'll miss the best of the scenery!

THE SERVICES
Hotel Paradiso offers all guests free access to the Jacuzzi and panoramic swimming pool, where you can enjoy the scenery while sipping delicious drinks prepared by the MamaGina cocktail bar.
If you're in a romantic mood, you can also book the private Jacuzzi in the evening, so you can admire the lights of Lake Como with your other half. The experience also includes a glass of prosecco, a soft bathrobe and slippers.
If, however, after an afternoon spent in the pool, you don’t feel like spending the evening in the water, you can enjoy a dinner at MamaGina, our restaurant with lake view, where you can taste typical Lombardy dishes.
You can book a private dinner too, perfect for celebrating an important event!
Also breakfast, from June to September, will be served with a lake view, on our panoramic terrace.
If you are looking for a place to celebrate your birthday, we can offer you a package that will allow you to reserve a room for your birthday, a bottle of prosecco with an amuse bouche.
Finally, for all guests we offer a shuttle service to and from the Brunate funicular, so that you can easily reach the center of Como and the lake.
